When you light a candle for the first time, let it burn till the entire surface of the candle melts before you put it out. If you don't, your candle will end up tunneling!

DON'T FORGET!

Before you lightyour candle, check the wick's length. If it's longer than the recommended 0.25 inches, use scissors (or awick trimmer) to neatly trim it. Try to be as precise as you can. A too-short wick can get lost in a sea of melted wax and fail to light!

DOs & DON'Ts

  • Don't let It burn more than 3/4 hours at a time;
  • Keep the candle away from air vents, windows, or drafts to keep it from tunneling (or burning down the house);
  • Be sure your candle is on a steady, heat-resistant surface before lighting it!

AT LAST...

Your candle may frost in time and a white layer/white spots might show on the surface. This is a natural effect of soy wax. Frosting takes place when the natural wax used to make a candle tries to return to its natural state. Frosting is an indication that you are using 100% natural soy wax and no additives are added. Please keep in mind frosting will not at all affect how the candle performs!

How long before my order is shipped?

Processing times will vary depending on the amount of orders I'm working on. The average processing time for an order could take up to 7 business days (Monday – Friday). Please consider it could take longer on special occasions such as holidays (Easter, Christmas etc) and huge sale events (Black Friday etc), given the unusual amount of orders.

How long before my order arrives?

Shipping time takes around 2 to 4 business days for national orders and up to 14 business days for international orders. Please monitor your package through the useful tracking link to ensure you do not miss any update while your package is on its way. You can always contact me through the contact form on the site if you ever need assistance with anything. I'll reply to you in 24h (Monday-Friday), usually less than that if the work load allows it!

What if I need my order by a specific date?

If you ever need an order by a specific date, please let me know in advance and I will do my best to make it happen! Times like Christmas are off limits for such a request due to the amount of work (tho I do guarantee your order will be shipped well before Christmas, don't worry about that) and that extends to the shop's holidays as well (like summer ones etc). Please keep in mind that I cannot control what happens to the package after it shipped, same goes for anything that might interfere with you receiving it by a specific date. That's precisely why I kindly ask to be requested in advance, to allow the package to arrive safely however long the courier might take.

The order is a gift/ it also contains a gift. Can I get special wrapping?

Special wrapping is not an option. Tho I can guarantee you will receive the loveliest package and I do add a name and a personal message to the card if wanted. Due reach out or simply write everything in the order's note!

I want to return a candle.

You cannot return candles and ask for a refund in return.

But what if I want a refund?

You can very well ask to be refunded if the candle/s in the package arrived damaged (It might happen while in transit, unfortunately, no matter how carefully I pack them) however before doing so I will need photo proof of the damage. I'll ask you if you'd like the candle to be replaced first and if that's not what you want, I'll refund you right away.
